What should I include in the enquiry?

The type of organisation, the broad nature of the issue, and any deadline you are working to. That is enough for us to route it to the right person and come back usefully. Please do not include personal data about individual employees at this stage. Once we are engaged we will set up a secure route for case material.

Can we speak before committing to anything?

That is exactly what the first call is for. Nothing is chargeable until you have received a written scope and fee and approved it in writing.

Do you work with organisations outside the public sector?

Only rarely, and usually where an organisation sits adjacent to it — a charity delivering a commissioned public service, for example. If you are a straightforward commercial employer we will point you to a firm better suited to you rather than take the work.
